Scope of Work: Provided labor support as a low tier sub-contractor to Select Demolition. This project consisted of over in 660,000 SF interior demolition and selective demolition.

Client: Northwood Office 

Location: Boston, MA

Scope of Work: DAV Construction was contracted as a GC to create a conference room with a glass wall and door. Install a small kitchenette with plumbing for a sink and a hook-up for a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Built two private offices along the interior wall with glass sidelights.

Client: Vertex Pharmaceuticals 

Location: Boston, MA

Scope of Work: DAV Construction was contracted as the GC to demo existing bathroom/shower and to furnish and install new all gender bathroom. DAV was responsible for all trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. 

Client: UMASS Amherst 

Location: Goodell Hall Amherst, MA

Scope of Work: DAV Construction worked as a low tier sub contractor to provie labor support and services in the demolition of Goodell Hall.  

Client: Boston Childrens Hospital

Location: Chelmsford, MA 

Scope of Work:  DAV Construction furnished labor and materials for the construction of a 60' linear wall. DAV salvaged, moved, and installed existing windows and doors to new locations.
